Welcome Tour
We'll show you around the office, introduce you to the team, and answer any questions before you're seated.
X-Rays
Digital X-rays and intraoral camera photos to establish your baseline. Low radiation, instant results, and we'll explain everything we see.
Exam
Dr. Serena Patel performs a comprehensive oral health exam — teeth, gums, bite, jaw, and oral cancer screening.
Cleaning
Professional scaling and polishing. We'll note any areas needing closer attention and give you personalized home care guidance.
Treatment Plan
We review findings together, discuss your goals, and walk through recommended treatment, priorities, timing, and financial options before you decide.
Insurance & Financing
We keep the money conversation clear before treatment begins: benefits, estimates, payment options, and next steps.
Insurance Accepted
We accept most major dental insurance plans and will work with your insurance company to maximize your benefits. We do not accept MassHealth.

Insurance Update Letters
If you're switching dental providers, your insurance company may require an "Insurance Update Letter" to transfer your benefits to our practice. We'll handle all the paperwork for you — just let us know you need one when you call to schedule.

Our Membership Plan is an in-house dental plan — not insurance — that gives you access to preventive dental care plus significant discounts on additional treatment, for a simple monthly or annual fee. It's designed for patients who don't have dental insurance or whose coverage is limited.
Plans include two cleanings and exams per year, annual X-rays, and 20% off all additional treatment with no waiting periods and no annual maximums. Contact us for current pricing.
We accept most major dental insurance plans. We do not accept MassHealth. If you're unsure whether we're in-network for your plan, call us at (781) 552-3365 and we'll verify your benefits before your first visit — no obligation.
We do not accept MassHealth at this time. If you have MassHealth, we'd encourage you to ask about our Membership Plan, which may offer more affordable access to care than you might expect.
We offer several options to make treatment affordable: CareCredit (healthcare credit card with promotional financing), Sunbit (buy-now, pay-later with flexible monthly payments), FSA/HSA cards, and all major credit and debit cards. We also have our own in-house Membership Plan for uninsured patients. Ask us at your appointment and we'll help you find the best fit.
We're open all day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am to 4pm. Monday through Thursday, we're available evenings by appointment. We designed our hours specifically for patients who can't easily take time off work during the week.
Absolutely. We provide dental care for patients of all ages, from first teeth to lifetime smiles. We have a dedicated kids' waiting area, and Dr. Patel takes extra time with younger patients to make their experience calm, safe, and (we hope) even fun. We accept pediatric patients as young as one year old for first-visit exams.
Plan for about 90 minutes. We'll do digital X-rays, a comprehensive exam, and a professional cleaning. Dr. Patel will review your X-rays with you, discuss any findings, and outline a personalized treatment plan. We want you to leave your first visit feeling informed, comfortable, and confident about your dental health.
We'll send you new patient forms in advance so you can complete them online — no showing up early to fill out a clipboard.
An Insurance Update Letter is a document that notifies your dental insurance company that you've changed providers. Some plans require one to transfer your benefits — particularly employer-sponsored plans that have preferred provider lists.
We'll prepare and send the letter on your behalf. Just let us know you need one when you call to schedule, and we'll take it from there.
